The job entails performing routine, recurring processing, and quality tasks to support outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. It is crucial to adhere to process service level agreements. The role involves developing knowledge and skills in assigned work processes and gaining a general understanding of the client’s business and objectives. Adherence to project and organization quality and compliance standards, as well as any applicable laws and regulations, is essential. Handling company confidential data in accordance with policy and guidelines, and adhering to existing security policies and procedures, is required. The incumbent should remain vigilant for critical situations regarding customer service issues and escalate them to the appropriate individuals.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • No prior experience required, although experience with business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment, is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with client company products and/or services.
  • Familiarity with client company industry and/or functional area.
  • Experience working with business solutions software.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
