Job Description

The job entails providing product/customer support to clients worldwide.

This involves managing and resolving customer incidents via telephone, cases/incidents, and collaborating with next-level support, infrastructure teams, and product teams while ensuring end-to-end communication with clients in line with agreed SLAs.

The triage and escalation of incidents are done in a timely manner based on standard operating procedures, and the liaison between engineering and consulting teams is established to resolve incidents.

There is a continuous effort to maintain and enhance the customer experience with professional communication, and real-time onboarding of customers to the support portal is carried out for the assigned region.

Judgment is exercised within defined practices and procedures while providing status on progress and making recommendations on process improvements. Work assignments, priorities, and schedules are managed with input from senior specialists or direct managers.

Job Requirements

The job requirements for this position include holding a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, possessing a comprehensive understanding of managing, handling, and troubleshooting multi-tier cloud applications/software products, as well as on-premise solutions.

It is also important to have strong customer-facing skills to handle client phone calls and emails. A good understanding of enterprise-level application support and infrastructure support is necessary, along with a solid knowledge of cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work primarily in shifts, in a 24×7 environment.
