Job Responsibilities

Business/Customer:

This role requires minimal customer interaction and guidance.

The individual should have a strong understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies such as SOP and QC checklists.

Individuals in the PV/Complaints Management role are responsible for accurately entering data received from source documents into the respective clinical/safety database, while ensuring that turnaround times are met.

Accuracy is also a crucial aspect of this role.

CODING:

The coding tasks on the assigned project will be performed efficiently and within the timelines.

This includes importing uncoded terms into the database, exporting coded medical terms from the coding platform, managing queries, creating “New Term Requests” and prioritizing them, and performing dictionary up-versioning activities when required.

CDM:

The involvement in Clinical Data Management (CDM) is limited to study conduct activities.

Data review and query management will be performed with assistance, and there will be limited email conversations with the client.

Every activity will require peer QC by a supervisor or allocated seniors.

There will be no involvement in Set Up and Migration activities, and there will be limited involvement in data pad locking activities during the timelines of Database locks.

The project or process involves the initial processing of assigned transactions.

If any complex problems arise, they are referred to the Supervisor or Line Manager. It is important to adhere to quality requirements and achieve the given targets and volumes within the specified Turn Around Time (TAT).

Compliance with mandatory industry regulations is also essential for this process.

As for knowledge management, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of various document templates and standards, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to interpret the documents and related terminologies. Additionally, it is important to adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance needs, including timely submission of timesheets and maintaining attendance records, for people and team management.
