Job Description
Lenskart is currently recruiting for the position of IT Support.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Promptly address service issues and requests.
- Provide technical assistance to staff, either in-person or over the phone.
- Create user accounts for new employees.
- Repair or replace equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, VPN, biometric, and AV system connections.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical problems related to desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new applications and systems.
- Attend to user tickets concerning hardware, software, and networking.
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
