Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 100 daily calls from the provided dataset.
- Perform research on users who visit Yocket, using scripted questions and phone calls to gather information. Use the acquired research to generate valuable insights that contribute to company decision-making.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads, and schedule demos for the conversion team.
- Articulate requirements effectively and comprehend user needs.
- Utilize software, including CRM, after receiving adequate training. CRM will be used for lead tracking.
- Meet assigned targets and requirements.
- Embrace feedback and adapt to changing processes promptly.
- Update lead details and schedule demos using CRM.
- Build rapport with students.
- Maintain accurate target records.
- Be open to acquiring leads from various sources.
- Be open to travel.
- Attend virtual events, physical events, seminars, and webinars.
Requirements:
- Freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in cold calling with a minimum of 80 calls per day.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
