  • SITEL Hyderabad has an open position for International Technical Support Voice Process, and they are currently hiring.
  • The job requirements include being between the ages of 18 to 35 years old, having a minimum qualification of Intermediate (or +2 equivalent), and maximum qualification of Graduates (Undergrads can also be considered, but they should not be regular college students).
  • Experience is not mandatory for this position, and both undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements

  • The job offers 5 working days with 2 rotational and split weekly offs. The company offers home pickup and drop facility to the employees.
  • The interview process consists of rounds like JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, and Operations Round, and all interviews will be conducted telephonically or via Skype.
  • Note that the selected candidates should be willing to work from the office and must be able to join immediately with all necessary documents for background verification.
  • Call center experience is an added advantage.
