Job Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s (B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc) or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess professional experience in the realm of digitization or IT-oriented projects.
- Demonstrate substantial expertise in UiPath (with a preference for holding certification as an “Advanced RPA Developer”).
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, and/or Javascript.
- Exhibit fluent and proficient English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
- Additional proficiency in the German language is advantageous.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with data analysis, dashboard creation, and query formulation, utilizing tools like Splunk and Power BI.
- Understanding of Low-Code application development and process automation, leveraging platforms like Power Platform and Appian.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling using tools like Bizagi.
- Acquaintance with the Finance and Accounting domain, ideally including SAP.
- Aptitude in process analysis and optimization methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Familiarity with service management, support, and operations, encompassing aspects like monitoring, ticketing tools, and escalation procedures.

- Proficiency in comprehending IT systems and their functioning.
- Skillful problem-solving capabilities for effective issue identification and resolution.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and analysis.
