Job Description

What is the Desired Profile?

We are in search of a Lead Generation Associate possessing exceptional communication skills in Hindi (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal capabilities, and a solid command of English.

We are seeking individuals with a methodical approach to constructing sales funnels, monitoring feedback, prioritizing assignments, and consistently surpassing targets within stipulated timeframes.

A sales-oriented mindset is essential to effectively communicate information about lucrative career prospects to potential learners and stimulate the generation of sales qualified leads.

A willingness to operate within a rapidly growing startup environment is also crucial.

What are the Responsibilities?

Engaging in outbound calls to generate leads that are qualified for sales.

Asking pertinent questions to comprehend the leads and encouraging their progression during the pre-sales process.

Taking ownership of the entire sales qualification lifecycle for the allocated leads. This encompasses cold calls, follow-ups, lead evaluation, and management.

Creating and maintaining an elaborate database documenting all interactions with leads, and continually providing feedback regarding lead quality to the respective team.

Fulfilling weekly and monthly targets.

Remuneration:

Salary CTC: Up to 3 LPA along with performance-based incentives.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in native Hindi.

Proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Work Location & Schedule:

Presently a remote work arrangement, with flexibility for in-office presence as and when necessary.

Working six days a week.
