Job Description:
The Junior Deal Operations Analyst plays a vital role in supporting sales teams by enhancing efficiency and ensuring smooth sales processes. This position focuses on assisting sales representatives with key deliverables such as customer price quotes, territory reporting, sales materials, research, and essential operational tasks. The role aims to optimize sales workflows, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing sales territory resources.
- Partner with sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Provide pre-sales support to clients as required.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s platform and offerings.
- Work with Sales Operations and support teams to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to align contracts and invoices with sales orders.
- Generate price quotes for potential clients as guided by the Sales team.
- Support sales representatives and customers with vendor agreements and sales documentation.
- Guide customers through the Master Services Agreement (MSA) process.
- Offer process and tool expertise to support Sales and Customer Success teams in achieving their objectives.
- Conduct research and provide relevant data to aid the sales process.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
- Serve as a primary support resource for field and inside sales teams, handling delegated tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is beneficial.
- A problem-solving, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to think creatively and improve existing processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across regional time zones, including NA, EMEA, or APAC.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Experience providing key support in a fast-paced, technical sales setting.
- Ability to develop, follow, and enhance structured workflows.
