Job Roles & Responsibilities

The job duties for this position include maintaining purchasing systems to ensure that they accurately reflect current pricing and contract terms.

Additionally, the employee is responsible for resolving any invoicing disputes or other supply-related issues, escalating them as necessary.

The employee may also be required to place spot orders and prepare draft purchase contracts from established formats.

Administrative tasks and reporting are also expected, using both DuPont systems and external sources.

The employee will also liaise with regional and global buying teams to provide information and analytical support in alignment with their goals on portfolio management and savings.

Furthermore, the candidate must be proficient in communicating verbally and in writing in the French language, with a good understanding of the PR to PO process.

It is essential to ensure that these responsibilities are performed without plagiarism, and that the original source is appropriately cited if any relevant information is used.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for graduates or postgraduates who have 0-1 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain in the BPO/ITES industry, specifically supporting clients from the US or UK. It is essential to have PR to PO process experience.

The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

Additionally, they should have good analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

The role requires working in US shift timings (5.30 PM – 2.30 am / 6.30 pm – 3.30 AM), and candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and tact as a key connect between clients, suppliers, and buyers.

A self-driven, results-oriented attitude with a positive outlook towards new challenges and changes is a must.
