Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop expertise and experience in a specific area of specialization or function.
  2. Obtain relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution provided by the specific area or function.
  3. Offer general administrative support to the specific area or function.
  4. Coordinate meetings, logistics, filing, and record-keeping.
  5. Assist in preparing and distributing reports, and review system data for accuracy.
  6. Investigate and correct any errors or discrepancies identified or escalate them for resolution.
  7. Provide support to clients on low complexity matters, maintaining a log and/or list of all queries.
