Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Intern to become a part of our dynamic team.
The Full Stack Intern will be responsible for creating and maintaining web applications utilising various front-end and back-end technologies.
Working collaboratively with our skilled developers and designers, you will participate in developing and enhancing our web-based applications.
Job Responsibilities
As a web developer, you will collaborate closely with designers and developers to build web applications that are responsive and scalable.
You will be responsible for writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code using the latest web development technologies.
Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability is also a key aspect of the role.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining API integrations with third-party services.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues in existing applications will be another critical component of your job.
Finally, you will need to stay up-to-date with new web development technologies and best practices and continuously learn to ensure that you are providing the most innovative solutions to your clients.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should either be pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
They should possess a deep understanding of web development concepts and technologies, which include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and proficiency in at least one server-side language like Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
The candidate should also be familiar with at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and have experience working with version control systems like Git.
They must have strong problem-solving abilities, an excellent attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Expertise
Having prior knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform would be an added advantage. Additionally, practical exposure to databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL would be beneficial.
Any previous internship or project experience in web development would also be considered an asset.
