Bizongo seeking a Data Analyst – Intern for the “NxtShip” Logistics Business Unit to contribute to the transformation of raw data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations. Your role will involve gathering, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse sources to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other repositories.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data cleaning, validation, and organization for analysis purposes.
- Develop informative and user-friendly dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics such as Order to Dispatch time, Dispatch to Delivery time, Vehicle Placement TAT, Pricing trends, etc., providing stakeholders with real-time insights into the BU’s performance.
- Create business projections and forecasts based on targets and past performance to aid in supply strategy planning.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to showcase performance, insights, and action plans to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 1 year of experience or internship experience in Data Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint & Google Slides, and PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in the Logistics Industry would be advantageous.
