Job Description – Aera Technology – Global Sustaining Engineering Intern – 2024
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively address and resolve issues reported by the US/Global team during their working hours.
- Collaborate with the engineering team in India to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide regular task updates and reports to the Lead.
- Work with team members to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist in documenting processes, debugging, and troubleshooting steps for future use.
About You:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with software development processes and debugging techniques.
- Experience with tools like Jira and version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Location: This internship primarily involves remote work from home, with occasional visits to the Aera office in Pune required for knowledge transfer sessions and team interactions. Candidates must be based in Pune.
