Vision & Strategy
- Proactively establishes standardized processes and methodologies to uphold data integrity and drive continuous improvement in outcomes.
- Coordinates effective implementation of data principles within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts analysis of data attributes across various systems and processes to ensure understanding of data interactions and impacts.
- Leads documentation efforts to build a comprehensive data library supporting process enhancements.
- Undertakes strategic analysis to identify and implement solutions and opportunities.
- Analyzes large volumes of data attributes pre and post migration across datasets.
- Executes assigned tasks related to business processes and reference data within specified timelines and quality standards.
- Manages issue analysis and resolution, driving short and long-term solutions.
- Manipulates data attributes across systems and processes to develop effective data reporting solutions.
- Generates comparison reports using tools such as Sales Force, AAA, and CRM for the Data Integrity team.
- Produces reports for management and progress tracking purposes.
- Collaborates with global business partners on data remediation activities.
- Identifies reporting and process improvement opportunities for global partners.
- Documents data processes and mappings to maintain a repository of materials.
- Demonstrates domain expertise in data attributes and associated system and process flows.
- Manages data job processes and collaborates with relevant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Familiarity with information technology processes, data modeling principles, and development/testing/implementation needs.
- Establishes effective partnerships to develop joint solutions and handles challenging customer situations professionally.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team to accomplish tasks.
- Cultivates business relationships and alliances internally, externally, and virtually.
