Job Description
Syngene Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Junior Executive
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight chemical reactions.
- Supervise hydrogenation lab activities beyond regular working hours.
- Prepare and dispense inorganic chemicals required for laboratory operations.
- Supply gases like oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and ammonia to lab personnel as needed.
- Safely neutralize toxic substances.
- Transport materials used for quenching to designated stations.
- Track and log cold room temperatures in the lab.
- Monitor the refilling of fresh solvents.
- Respond to emergencies arising from unforeseen lab incidents.
- Power down lab equipment and instruments when not actively in use.
- Prepare scrubber solutions on the terrace for use in column hoods, walk-in hoods, HTS labs, and ADC labs.

Role Requirements
Experience:
0–3 years of relevant experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc)
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical knowledge in outbound/inbound logistics, SEZ and U.S.-related documentation, and strong understanding of procurement and warehouse functions.
- Clear grasp of departmental objectives and the ability to align personal work accordingly.
- Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
