About the Internship
As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Research and Implementation: Contribute to high-impact projects by conducting research, brainstorming innovative solutions, and transforming ideas into actionable strategies. You will analyze outcomes and suggest improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- HRBP Operations: Assist in managing core HR processes, including employee engagement, retention programs, and cultural initiatives. You will handle tasks related to exits, leaves, reimbursements, and referral queries, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Onboarding Support: Help design and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, ensuring they are welcomed effectively and aligned with company values from their first day.
Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be available for a full-time, on-site internship.
- Be able to join between 12th July 2025 and 16th August 2025.
- Commit to a duration of 3 months.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.
Additional Requirements
- Postgraduate students (Batch of 2024 or 2025) from a relevant field.
- Strong communication abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ability to use them efficiently.
