Gainwell – Jr. Data Analyst (Python, SQL, Power BI)
Summary
As a Junior Data Analyst at Gainwell, you will play a key role in leveraging technology to support product development. This position focuses exclusively on application analysis and product enhancement, without involving access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any other sensitive client data. Your contributions will help drive innovation while maintaining strict compliance with data security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain access methods, validation processes, documentation, and statistical techniques to meet project requirements.
- Review project requirements and documentation to ensure they meet company standards, using approved tools and methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate existing standards and recommend updates to align with evolving needs and ensure consistency.
- Develop analytical dashboards and reporting solutions, preferably with experience in the finance domain.
- Identify and resolve significant technical issues by analyzing root causes and implementing solutions to maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
- Guide and support junior team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in developing analytical scorecards and dashboards.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical platforms.
- Foundational understanding of machine learning or AI models is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Familiarity with statistical software and product configuration.
- Experience with relevant programming languages and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
