About the Role
Internship Opportunity – Business Development
Job Overview:
HCL is offering an internship program for students in their final year of graduation or post-graduation. This role is ideal for those interested in gaining hands-on experience in areas such as counseling, recruitment, HR operations (interviews, document verification), and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update candidate databases with details related to eligibility, interests, and exam schedules.
- Reach out to candidates to schedule assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate with applicants regarding document submissions for offer rollouts and support with loan process requirements.
- Assist candidates with onboarding procedures and scheduling.
- Support the team with additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility:
- MBA students from the 2024–25 graduating batch.
