Resmed Hiring For Associate Engineer,Software Engineering Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with the frontend team, with exposure to ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (added advantage).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to package, test, and deliver software as a service.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and system optimization.
- Apply test-driven development (TDD) to write unit and integration tests.
- Support automation in deployments and contribute to CI/CD improvements.
- Contribute ideas in design discussions and assist in architectural decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation while ensuring smooth communication within teams.
- Work effectively in pair programming setups, including leveraging AI-assisted tools for coding, refactoring, documentation, and testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of web application architecture and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud environments.
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Background in working with relational (RDBMS) or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and deployment.
- Awareness of Agile practices and DevOps methodologies.
