Sutherland – Associate
Job Description:
Serve as the primary contact point for Business-to-Business (B2B) clients via phone, email, and chat.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional assistance while adhering to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
Take complete responsibility for each customer interaction by offering proactive solutions and ensuring a high standard of service.
Handle sensitive concerns with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive representation of the brand at all times.
Accurately update and manage customer information and call details in company systems.
Achieve key performance indicators including quality, efficiency, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
Identify process gaps and share feedback or suggestions for continuous improvement through the right channels.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to manage time and work independently.
- Empathetic, solution-oriented, and detail-driven mindset.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
