Job Description
SANMINA Off Campus Hiring – Graduate Intern
Intern: 3rd/4th Year Students
Graduate Intern: 3rd/4th Year Students & Recent Graduates
Selected candidates will undergo six months of IT tools training at the MEPZ facility before being inducted into the IT team.
Eligibility & Selection Process:
Applicants must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in CSE, CS, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields, or an MCA/M.Sc (IT/CS), with a minimum overall score of 70% and no history of arrears. The hiring process includes a written test, group discussion, and technical and HR interviews.
Those chosen will be engaged as interns for six months, receiving a consolidated stipend between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000 for the initial six to nine months.
After completing their engineering program, candidates will be absorbed into the organization as Graduate Trainees within the respective IT teams. The CGP-based salary structure will apply once they transition into full-time roles. This process is consistent with the approach followed for earlier cohorts.
