Job Description
CSG Off Campus Hiring – Systems Administrator Grad
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support, database operations, or similar roles
- Recent graduates with foundational SQL knowledge or relevant certifications are welcome to apply
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL
- Basic SQL proficiency, including commands such as SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE
- Understanding of simple joins, filters, and query execution
- Awareness of core database concepts such as tables, indexes, and constraints
- General knowledge of database backup and recovery concepts
- High-level understanding of database performance and availability
- Basic exposure to Windows Server environments
- Experience or familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and participate in an on-call support setup
