Job Description

Requirements:

This job opening is available to any recent graduate, both technical and non-technical backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts from the office and possess excellent English communication skills.

They should have a basic understanding of troubleshooting, VPN, Active Directory, and related topics.

Candidates must also have all the necessary documents such as graduation mark sheets, government ID, etc.

Job Role:

The responsibilities of this job include opening, logging, prioritizing, assigning, and closing calls that are logged.

The candidate should ask end-users for relevant information about the issue reported and attempt to resolve inquiries on the phone to meet the agreed-upon Service Level for First Call Resolution.

If required, the candidate must route inquiries to Resolver Groups, re-route misdirected calls, and escalate tickets that have not been resolved by the Service Desk.

Candidates must also provide status and updates on tickets to authorized users, and reopen or create new tickets to follow up if the user indicates that the inquiry was not resolved to their satisfaction.

Education

The job requires a candidate to have completed their undergraduate degree in any of the following specializations: B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc, BHM, Other Graduate, BFA, B.B.A/B.M.S, BCA, or B.A.

Additionally, a candidate may possess a postgraduate degree in any of the following specializations: MS/M.Sc(Science), Other Post Graduate, M.Arch, M.A, MBA/PGDM, M.Com, M.Tech, MCA, or MFA.
