Job Description

The Associate Trainee position involves carrying out operational tasks related to defined benefit plans while adhering to plan provisions. The position requires managing pension data, payroll administration, benefit calculations, and payments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The following are the duties and responsibilities of an Associate Trainee:

• Review documents and compile indexes for easy information searches.

• Manage basic data processing activities for various projects.

• Fulfill letters and documentation requirements.

• Timely management of daily tickets and task processing.

• Provide support for special projects and other tasks as needed.

• Accurately bill time to ensure client billings are correct.

• Ensure quality service to existing clients.

• Identify process improvement ideas.
