Job Description

Amazon is seeking candidates to monitor pricing parameters and audit operations to ensure the best prices and great selection for customers in a virtual global e-commerce environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Ability to follow SOPs and execute high judgement actions with accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including night shifts
• Availability to work from home with uninterrupted internet connectivity and a ‘work-like’ environment
• Access to desktop/laptop and familiarity with internet browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office
• Home environment free from background noise, with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps speed and 100 GB data), mobile phone, and power backup

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Statistical knowledge on averages, trends, outliers, charting, etc.
• Work experience in online retail operations or similar fields

Important Notes:

• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to specific locations in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Utter Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, and West Bengal will be considered.
• After assessments, the next level of interviews will be onsite in Amazon offices in Bangalore or Chennai.
