Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking fresh graduates (who have passed out in 2022 and 2023) with excellent communication skills to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.

Education qualification – Graduation is mandatory, and any bachelor’s degree is acceptable, without arrears.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting insurance companies in the US and following up on outstanding accounts receivable.

Other responsibilities include:

Understanding project specifications and client requirements
Ensuring deliverables adhere to quality standards
Making outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification
Documenting denials and taking further action
Contacting insurance carriers based on client appointments to determine the status of unpaid claims
Working on outstanding claims reports/account receivable reports generated by the client’s software or received from the client
Being willing to work in any voice-based process as required (e.g., insurance follow-up, patient calling, provider outreach programs)
Maintaining individual daily logs
Completing assigned tasks and meeting targets with speed and accuracy in accordance with client service level agreements
Collaborating effectively in a team setting
Assisting team members in achieving shared goals

Good communication skills

Shift Timing: Only Night Shifts.
