Job Description

This is a remote position.

1. Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives while keeping them motivated and engaged.
2. Foster positive relationships with customers to drive high levels of satisfaction.
3. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling order-related issues and coordinating with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely resolution.
4. Receive inbound customer leads and assist them with our product offerings.
5. Develop strong rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
6. Assist customers in their end-to-end journey with us, from initial contact through to order fulfillment.
7. Act as the voice of the customer, by gaining an in-depth understanding of their preferences and providing feedback to the company for desired improvements.

Requirements

Proficient in English and Hindi Any Graduate Reliable high-speed internet connection

Benefits

Salary – INR 1 Lakh to INR 2 Lakhs per annum Health Insurance coverage.
