Job Description

Myntra is currently seeking candidates for the position of Data Analyst.

Candidate Responsibilities:

1. Monitor various key metrics including revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition, and top-performing styles.
2. Collaborate with the analytics team to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a focus on evaluating and enhancing future performance.
3. Reconcile discounts with brand associates to facilitate funding for sale day properties.
4. Supervise discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to ensure parity and proactively prevent customer switching.
5. Analyze trends related to inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
6. Influence various teams and stakeholders within the organization to achieve goals and adhere to project timelines.
7. Establish reporting processes for operational streamlining.
8. Develop and innovate robust analyses and trends that contribute to shaping new dimensions of pricing.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong problem-solving skills: Candidates should demonstrate structured thinking, analytical prowess, and a process-oriented approach.
2. Proficiency in data analytics: Candidates must be highly skilled in Advanced Excel (mandatory) and SQL (mandatory). Knowledge of Python is required, and the ability to learn further is expected. Familiarity with automating Google trackers using Python is a plus.
3. Action-oriented mindset: Myntra values a culture of prompt action and speedy implementation. Candidates are expected to take ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution.
4. Collaboration skills: Ability to build working relationships with members from other departments and provide support to fellow analysts within the team.
