Mode of work: Office-based work

Key responsibilities:

The primary role of the candidate will be to join the Project Maintenance team and take responsibility for regular data updates and processing files. They should be capable of understanding and independently executing pre-setup processes. The candidate should also be able to handle routine and voluminous tasks meticulously and without errors. Thorough quality checks should be followed, and timely deliverables should be maintained. In case of any execution failures, the candidate should identify the reasons and communicate them to the project manager. They will collaborate with the project manager to assist in making informed decisions and subsequently implementing and tracking them. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of independently delivering day-to-day activities in coordination with the analyst team. Effective coordination with other analysts and cross-functional teams is also expected. Being a good team player and possessing the ability to communicate processes and issues effectively is essential. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools and techniques, as well as maintain focus on similar repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Essential skills and qualities:

• Strong aptitude skills with a number-driven thinking approach

• General logical thinking ability and problem-solving skills for day-to-day challenges

• Attention to detail and effective communication of details to others

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and Power BI

• Good communication skills

Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Non-Engineering)

Year of passing: 2023

Experience: No prior work experience required (freshers); any relevant exposure in projects is a plus
