Job Description
Candidates must possess the qualifications mentioned below in order to be eligible for this test and selection. These qualifications must be obtained as a regular scholar from an institution duly approved by UGC and recognized by AICTE. Candidates who obtained their qualifications from non-UGC approved or non-AICTE recognized institutions, or as non-regular scholars (e.g., through correspondence courses, online courses, or part-time studies) are not eligible to participate.
Academic Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate should have completed the qualifying course in 2022 or 2023 without any backlogs.
- The candidate should have scored a minimum of 70% in 10th/Xth, 12th/XIIth, Engineering Degree, and MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).
- If the candidate has completed a Diploma (after 10th), a minimum of 70% in the Diploma is mandatory. If the candidate has completed both 12th or equivalent and a Diploma, a minimum of 70% in both is mandatory. (Marks should be calculated for all subjects appeared.)
- The candidate should not have appeared for Score Improvement in any academic program.
- The candidate should not have a gap of more than 1 year between any two academic programs since SSC.
The eligible engineering streams/branches are Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Telecom/Communication/Electronics/Cyber Security or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).
This program is open ONLY to engineering graduates and/or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) candidates who have passed in 2022 & 2023 and have been issued a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet by their college/university. It is not open to candidates who passed these courses prior to 2022. M.E/M.Tech candidates are also not eligible for this program.
Please enter your academic scores in percentage (%) only. The system recognizes percentage grades only. If your academic grading/rating is CGPA-based, convert them into equivalent percentage grades according to your university guidelines and enter them. Entering CGPA ratings will result in you being found ineligible for this drive. Enter the percentage up to two decimal places.
The information provided in this registration is essential for your application for this drive. Therefore, any incorrect details, whether deliberate or inadvertent, will be held against you and may result in the withdrawal of an offer letter (if issued based on such incorrect information) or termination of employment at a later stage.
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for a virtual and proctored online test within 1-2 weeks from the date of candidature registration, followed by face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra Offices. Please check your Junk/Spam folder as well. Each test serves as a filter for the next stage of the process.
After successful registration, the Registration ID and Registration PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Please make a note of these as you will need them for all correspondence and for appearing in the test. If you do not receive the ID and PIN, it may be due to incorrect details or details filled in the wrong format (e.g., incorrect email address and CGPA entered instead of percentage scores).
If you are currently employed, it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary NOC/clearance to appear for the test (if required by your current employer) or to obtain clear exit permission to join Tech Mahindra Ltd if offered employment. Any prior experience you have will not be considered for extra weightage in evaluation or job offers.
If you have participated in the Tech Mahindra Fresher Recruitment drive (either Campus or Off-Campus) in the last 6 months before this registration, you are not eligible to register for this drive. There must be a clear gap of 6 months between the date you last appeared for a Tech Mahindra Drive and the date of registration.
