Job Description
Provide technical support via Phone, Email, and Chat channels. Additionally, offer front-line assistance and handle advanced technical guidance for colleagues. Our Sutherland support center operates from the Chennai facility. Support is divided into two tiers:
- Tier 1: Address technical support queries for customers
- Tier 2: Manage technical escalations and provide guidance to Tier 1 agents in both Chennai and Scottsdale locations
Qualifications
We welcome applications from all graduates, individuals with a Higher Secondary education, and those holding a 3-year diploma.
