Job Description

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Month-end activities and reporting.
• Handling business units/revenue packages and reporting.
• Managing system updates and data loaders for demand and supply units, as well as supply chain units’ demand and forecast numbers preparation.
• Keeping track of HC (Headcount) with a summary.
• Project mapping and system updates.
• Support stakeholders with weekly/monthly reports for inventory tracking, backlog, and shipment reports.
• Gathering data and submitting reports.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.
• Collaborating closely with HQ and global region teams, involving regular interaction to review processes, drive transition calls, and document all activities.
• Being available for evening calls related to reviews and the transition of activities.
• Performing additional ad hoc business operations activities as needed.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in business analysis and operations activities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to pay attention to details, multitask, and perform activities with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve skills with tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Flexibility for evening calls related to HQ reviews and regular transition calls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, B Tech, commerce, or economics.
