Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
The Associate Analyst’s primary responsibilities include configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to align with client requirements. Configuration entails using exclusive systems and tools to establish and adjust tables/parameters within the TBA System, as instructed by the analysis team. Testing involves the creation of test cases and test data and the execution of testing procedures based on guidance from the Systems Analyst (SA). This position serves as an entry-level opportunity for candidates with robust programming skills (including logical reasoning and analytical abilities), as well as experience in system configuration and testing related to human resource function-supporting systems.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and concepts. Proficiency in crafting both simple and complex SQL queries. Competence in developing intermediate-level SQL queries.
Communication and Excellence:
Strong communication skills, encompassing oral, written, and listening abilities.
Interview Process:
1st Level:
GATE Online assessment (Comprising questions related to Mathematics, Reasoning, English, Grammar, and Behavioral aspects) 2nd Level: Managerial Interview (Invitations will be extended following the 1st GATE results) 3rd Level: HR Screening (Conducted via Ms Teams Connect)
