Job Description
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be tasked with lead generation and closing deals in collaboration with the Aditya Birla Capital Operations and Sales backend team. They will be accountable for meeting the company’s sales targets. The candidate will be associated with the Aditya Birla Capital Branch and will be responsible for selling Birla Sun Life Insurance to existing or former customers. Effective stakeholder relationship management is a key aspect of this role. Ensuring policy persistence to enhance team profitability. Eligibility: Any graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation: Up to 2.5 Lakhs per annum
Performance Incentives: There is an opportunity to earn incentives ranging from 2% to 10% based on individual performance.
