Position Summary:
This role involves the implementation, maintenance, and administration of the organization’s system products. It encompasses offering technical support and resolving issues related to system applications, including potential responsibilities like installation, configuration, tuning, and backups. The role involves designing systems that align with users’ needs and the overall structure of the organization’s information systems architecture. It also entails gathering and analyzing feedback from system users to define the system’s scope and objectives.
