Job Description

Eligibility Criteria for Associate Analyst Positions:

1. BSc and BCA Degree Applicants:
   • Bachelor’s in Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor’s in Computer Application (BCA) with specializations limited to Computer Science, Information Technology, and Cyber Security.
   • Expected graduation in 2024 with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% or equivalent, and no active backlog.
   • Proficient in computer programming, including languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, programming foundations, Relational Databases, Networking Concepts, and SQL.
   • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
   • An additional advantage would be a solid understanding of cybersecurity and risk domains.
2. BBA/BBM/BCom Degree Applicants:
   • Full-time BBA/BBM/B.Com. candidates with specializations in Accounting, Finance, and allied fields.
   • Expected graduation in 2024 with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% or equivalent, and no active backlog.
   • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
   • Strong understanding in at least four of the following areas:
     • Financial Accounting
     • Management Accounting
     • Financial Markets and Institutions
     • Financial Analysis and Reporting
     • Business Mathematics and Statistics
     • Business Analysis and Valuation
     • Cost Accounting

Important Note: Successful candidates joining Deloitte US-India Offices’ Risk & Financial Advisory practice as Associate Analysts will undergo a one-year probationary period.

Compensation: Upon commencement of the Associate Analyst role in the Risk & Financial Advisory practice with US-India Offices, the compensation will be INR 3.25 Lakh per annum, along with variable benefits.
