Position Summary

Associate Analyst – Document Production & Service Assistant – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work Responsibilities

As a Document Production & Service (DP&S) Assistant at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited, you will play a vital role in document processing activities. This position demands strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reviewing and adjusting documents based on established guidelines.
2. Preparing signatures using DocuSign.
3. Maintaining communication with requesters and signers to update them on the status of their requests.
4. Proactively seeking clarification in case of ambiguities.
5. Keeping a comprehensive audit trail of performed work.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM

The Team

The Shared Services team in Hyderabad provides extensive support to the Deloitte organization in the North-South Europe region. This support encompasses various capabilities, including financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services, helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
3. Proficient in basic PC software.
4. Ability to work independently, plan effectively, and adapt schedules for urgent assignments.
5. Solution and customer-oriented, with a high level of perseverance.
6. Eager to learn, conscientious, stress-resistant, and maintains a positive attitude.
7. Proactive initiator and a collaborative team player.
