Position Summary
Analyst – Digital (Web Publishing & Marketing Automation) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join our team of digital marketers and contribute significantly to the creation and maintenance of content on Deloitte’s external website pages. This role involves designing pages using HTML and CSS and supporting various firm-wide events. The team collaborates closely with the business to plan, manage, and execute both virtual and live campaigns across multiple channels, involving various stakeholders in the process, creation, and delivery shared with a diverse client base.
Work Responsibilities
Web Publishing:
- Create and update topic, article, and solution pages using AEM components.
- Customize web pages through HTML functionality, ensuring HTML fragment maintenance and governance.
- Analyze and measure statistics, tracking webpage views monthly.
- Present data in a usable format for communication and reporting to the business.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and liaise with stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, communicating these to site users.
- Incorporate SEO best practices in webpages.
- Perform website maintenance activities and archive outdated content.
- Understand and introduce new templates and developments from Global in line with AU strategy and governance.
Marketing Automation:
- Support the business in implementing events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines, and industry groups across Australia.
- Manage databases and fulfill administration requirements on CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.
- Create email marketing templates, ensuring quality and timely output of marketing collateral.
- Provide key inputs to stakeholders for campaign success.
- Execute A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Create campaign flows, ensuring compliance during email marketing campaigns and data collection.
- Analyze campaign data and contribute to organic efforts to drive the email list.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM or 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in Content Publishing, Email Marketing, Campaign Management
- Advanced knowledge in HTML, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop
- Technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems
- Working experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, MS-Dynamics
- Exposure to email marketing tools/platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with stakeholders in a virtual setup
- Multitasking ability without compromising attention to detail.
