Treasure Hunt

Participating teams are required to respond to 20 questions related to Hero MotoCorp. Hints for these questions will be revealed on Unstop’s Instagram stories periodically. It’s important to note that this stage is not an elimination round.

The top 10 teams emerging from the Treasure Hunt will secure direct entry into the subsequent “Idea Elevator Pitch Submission” round, providing them with a competitive advantage over other participants.

Start Date: January 5, 2024, 02:00 PM IST End Date: January 6, 2024, 02:00 PM IST

Guidelines: Online Assessment Teams are mandated to undergo an online assessment comprising 20 questions. Commencing early is advisable, as all team members are required to individually attempt the assessment. A time limit is set for each question, and participants cannot proceed to the next one until attempting or skipping the previous question.

Start Date: January 12, 2024, 12:00 PM IST End Date: January 12, 2024, 06:00 PM IST

Guidelines: Idea Elevator Pitch Submission Teams shortlisted from the online assessment round must submit their pitch in a 1-slider PPT along with a 60-90 seconds video in MP4 format. The problem statement and submission template can be downloaded during the submission window.

Virtual Presentation Round

All qualifying teams from Round 2 will virtually present their solutions to the Hero MotoCorp Panel. Guidelines for this round will be shared well in advance. This round serves as an elimination stage.

Grand Finale

Finalists will have the opportunity to present their solutions to the Senior Leadership team, competing for the Winner’s Title at the Grand Finale of Hero Campus Challenge Season 9.

Hero Campus Challenge Season 9 Overview:

  1. Initiative by Hero MotoCorp Limited: Hero Campus Challenge Season 9 provides students with an opportunity to engage in real-world problem-solving for Hero MotoCorp, addressing specific business challenges.
  2. Challenge Formats:
    • Problem-based challenges: Addressing top organizational priorities.
    • Scenario planning exercises: Crafting Hero’s long-term strategy.
  3. Target Audience:
    • B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech students from all years in Engineering Colleges.
    • First and second-year MBA/PGDM students and 1-year management program participants in B-Schools.
  4. Team Formation Guidelines:
    • Teams of 3 members.
    • Members can be from the same or different institutes, and across specializations.
    • All team members must provide consent to participate.
    • A student cannot be part of more than one team.
  5. Competition Structure:
    • Round 1: Online Assessment
      • Critical Reasoning, Logical Ability, and Analytics.
      • Participation certificates for all attempting the test.
    • Round 2: Idea Elevator Video Pitch Submission
      • 1-slider PPT and a 60-90 seconds video.
      • Solutions emphasizing current scenario implementation.
      • Submission guidelines provided for ease.
    • Round 3: Virtual Presentation
      • Shortlisted teams present solutions to Hero MotoCorp’s Senior Management.
      • Detailed presentations submitted prior to the round.
    • Virtual Mentorship Period
      • Top 10 finalists receive mentorship from Hero MotoCorp’s Senior Leadership.
    • Round 4: Grand Finale
      • Final presentations with Q&A.
      • Winners and Runners-up receive Pre-Placement Offers.
