Job Description

The incumbent in this position is tasked with reviewing videos of stowing activities at a fulfillment center, comprehensively understanding the content, and utilizing human judgment along with available tools and resources to identify and annotate the actions depicted in the video. The objective is to mark or verify the location of products using a tool while ensuring the highest level of accuracy. This process is essential for maintaining the stow quality of the fulfillment center and falls within an operational role. Working under general supervision, the Associate is responsible for precise and thorough video/image annotations with a high degree of accuracy and duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Watch videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, utilizing human judgment and tools to annotate activities.
• Verify or mark the location of products through a tool with a focus on maintaining high accuracy.
• Contribute to the overall stow quality of the fulfillment center.
• Perform video/image annotations with precision under general supervision.

A Day in the Life:

GO-AI Associates operate in a 24×7 environment with rotating shifts. A standard 9-hour shift is worked, including breaks. Shift timings may change quarterly or based on business requirements. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon’s work policy if the associate is assigned to the night shift.

Weekly Offs:

Associates are entitled to two consecutive days off on a rotational basis, forming a 5-day working week, with days off determined by business discretion.

About the Team:

GO-AI supports Amazon Fulfillment facilities by providing human assistance to enable hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos/images. Brief videos (typically 15-20 seconds) are sent to GO-AI for annotation, contributing to the automation of the stowing process. Thorough review and annotation of these videos by GO-AI Associates enhance the effectiveness of the automated process, ensuring stow quality at fulfillment centers.

Location Options:

Candidates have the option to work in a virtual location – DL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
