Job Title: Intern – Service Desk
Location: Bangalore

Introduction

This internship offers an opportunity to support the IT needs of internal users and clients in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting. The intern will assist in delivering both onsite and remote technical support, working closely with experienced professionals to resolve user issues efficiently.

The role calls for strong communication abilities and a structured approach to troubleshooting. You will manage diverse service requests and support tickets while helping ensure a positive user experience. As part of the Global IT Organization, you will join a newly established global IT Service team and report to the Service Delivery Manager. Responsibilities include providing hands-on assistance to local users as well as remote support to users worldwide, following defined standard operating procedures and leveraging internal knowledge resources while coordinating with other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in addressing technical and operational queries from internal and external teams
  • Support routine administrative and coordination activities
  • Take part in idea-sharing and problem-solving discussions
  • Help create and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with team members on assigned initiatives
