Mastercard has an open position for the role of Software Engineer – C#/.NET!
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of microservices within a C# .NET team.
- Develop full-stack applications and services using Angular, Java, and PCF.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure code scalable for operations.
- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and utilize Git for version control.
- Collaborate with engineers, testers, product managers, and technical product managers.
- Uphold adherence to 12-factor app design principles and Mastercard’s engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficient understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Over 1 year of professional experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and Angular.
- Competence with C# .NET 4.5+ framework, Angular, AngularJS, .NET Web API, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with storage technologies like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Knowledge of automated testing and continuous delivery using Git.
- Comfortable working in an Agile team with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Eagerness to learn best practices and modern software architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality software.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
