UPS – Associate App Developer

About the Role:
The Associate Application Developer is expected to work with assigned software tools or programming languages and progressively build expertise in them. The role involves analyzing problems and contributing practical solutions while continuously improving technical skills. The individual should have a clear understanding of the organization’s objectives, including its products, customers, and overall brand vision. Collaboration is key, and the candidate should actively contribute as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of multiple programming languages
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) or other Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
• Exposure to reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation abilities
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
