Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather leads of potential partners through fieldwork and referrals.
- Develop short-term engagement with prospective partners to enhance onboarding success.
- Recruit long-distance delivery partners willing to handle orders over 75 km.
- Facilitate a quick and efficient activation process post-onboarding.
- Foster and maintain strong connections with onboarded partners, supporting them with operational challenges as needed.
- Share partner insights, feedback, and emerging trends with senior leadership to enhance the onboarding process and overall partner satisfaction.
- Perform market research in untapped areas to evaluate growth opportunities, partner presence, and other crucial factors.
