Description – AiDash off campus drive 2024 – Intern – Talent Acquisition

• Responsibilities:
  • Identify and map relevant talent for our tech teams.
  • Facilitate candidate interactions with technology team members and interviewers.
  • Participate in introductory calls and assessments.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Help establish recruitment processes on ATS and other tools.
  • Manage ATS and generate reports as required by managers and hiring leads.
  • Utilize new-age sourcing channels to reach out and engage potential talent.
• Requirements:
  • Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or postgraduates in Engineering, Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Possess a logical mind and strong articulation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness is preferred, and knowledge of new-age technology stacks is a plus.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.
