Position: Junior Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Junior Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the progress of multiple projects and assist with various ad-hoc tasks essential for the smooth operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high data quality and provide support to the PMO offices in Belgium and India.
• Assist in user account creation activities.
• Manage license requests in accordance with evolving program requirements.
• Audit KPIs, licenses, and other reports to ensure alignment with program needs.
• Support team members in user segregation across different zones.
• Manage AD Groups/Distribution Lists as needed.
• Organize internal training sessions for team members as requested.
• Coordinate internal and external surveys within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Software Developers for ad-hoc data extraction tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
