Join Our Reliability Team as an SDET Intern at Fynd
Are you passionate about automation and eager to build reliable, scalable tech solutions? Fynd is looking for motivated and enthusiastic SDET Interns or Graduate Software Development Engineers in Test to join our Reliability team. This is a great opportunity to launch your career while working on impactful projects in a dynamic environment.
Your Role at Fynd
- Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks using Java, Python, and tools such as Cucumber, Playwright, Rest Assured, and Pytest.
- Contribute to mobile automation initiatives using platforms like Appium.
- Write shell scripts for automation tasks and assist in deploying applications via Docker and Kubernetes.
- Gain practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
- Perform backend validation using SQL and MongoDB.
- Help manage and configure device labs using platforms like BrowserStack, LambdaTest, HeadSpin, and OpenSTF.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand quality requirements and maintain high product standards.
- Learn to test client-server interactions involving frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Who We’re Looking For
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience using Postman for API testing, including scripting for pre- and post-request actions.
- Interest in automation tools, OpenAI APIs, and cloud services (preferably AWS or GCP).
- Working knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Awareness of issue tracking and documentation platforms like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
