JOB SUMMARY
Entry-level trainee undergoing hands-on training and carrying out general manufacturing tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The main goal is to complete training effectively for a smooth transition into a manufacturing support role.
- May be tasked with basic to moderately complex manufacturing duties, learned and applied during the training process.
- May need to meet certification or testing requirements relevant to the assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, health protocols, and supervisor instructions.
- Adhere to the company’s security policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Able to understand and follow simple instructions, memos, and short communications.
- Capable of writing and interpreting visual aids.
- Possesses basic problem-solving skills to follow straightforward instructions.
- Can handle standardized situations with minimal variability.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
