Job Description
Zycus is looking for a talented Designer Intern to transform our software into user-friendly solutions. This role requires both graphic design and video editing skills to enhance user experiences through innovative branding and design strategies. You will play a crucial part in creating visually appealing content and ensuring an effective journey from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Create Whitepapers, eBooks, GIFs, Social Media posts, banners, and PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and analyze user requirements
- Develop design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design user interface components such as menus, tabs, and widgets
- Conduct research, plan design strategies, and consult with stakeholders
- Perform user research and develop wireframes, mockups, and other visual design elements
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Coral Suite and Canva
- Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
- Portfolio showcasing design projects
- Understanding of wireframing tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and reasoning skills
